This development uses organic colours like yellow, orange and brown; warm tones that change from wall to wall intonating a sense of uplifting and pleasant harmonies.Volumes are projected outwards and are coated with quarry. In some walls, simulated balconies provide home to plants and flowers.

This project was among the pioneers in Mexico to offer its residents space for physical and social activities including a clubhouse, gym, ballroom and children's playground making Arbolada Bellavista a model for residential living that satisfies social needs as well.

With a unique look and reflecting the influence of the main symbol in its neighbourhood: The Towers of Satelite, created by sculptor Mathias Goertiz and architect Luis Barragan, Arbolada Bellavista transcends time because of its structure, design and functionality.
