Conjunto Lomas Verdes I, II, III y IV

This Residential development was built to cover one of the most significant needs of a Human Being: Housing, the space that protects man from the exterior and provides a calm private shelter to settle down after a long day of work.

This development of over 150 suites leads the observer and its inhabitants, to find the balance between comfort and design despite the small scale of the space that is efficiently used and plentiful for an orderly and harmonious life.

Lime, sand, cement and concrete, are some of the materials that give shape to the home of hundreds of families. Thick shapes and bright colours highlight the identity that we inherited from the masters of Mexican modern architecture. The well thought and minimalistic use of details allow the play of variations of natural light and make this project complement and celebrate its context as part of one the most industrialized city of the State of Mexico
